Injection:

2. Temperature requirement ranges from 165℃to 240℃.
3. For common barrel size of injection machines, SEPPA additive should be more than 50kg to function normally.
P.S Heating temperature can be decreased 10℃ to 15℃ as injection machines works normally.
Extrusion:
1.The ratio of SEPPA additive is between 20% and 60%, the higher ratio the quicker degradation.
2. Temperature requirement ranges from 160℃ to 260℃.
3. For common barrel size of injection machines, SEPPA additive should be more than 200kg to function normally.
P.S Heating temperature can be decreased 10℃ to 15℃ as injection machines works normally.
Blow:
1.The ratio of SEPPA additive is between 20% and 60%, the higher ratio the quicker degradation.
2.Temperature requirement ranges from 165℃ to 220℃.
3.For common barrel size of injection machines, SEPPA additive should be more than 50kg to function normally.
P.S When the machine works normally, heating temperature can be adjusted in step 1: 195℃, step 2: 190℃, step 3: 185℃, step 4: 175℃, step 5: 170℃ and step 6: 165℃ to raise production quality.

Density of SEPPA is heavier than plastics. It makes SEPPA material tend to sink in the bottom and not mixing well with plastics.
Solution: mixing well SEPPA material with plastics.
Appear Bobble
Reason:
SEPPA material absorbs too much moisture from air. It makes SEPPA material become moist.
Solution:
Drying SEPPA material by drying machine.
Impurity in product
Reason:
Barrel of machine remains impurity inside.
Solution:
Add SEPPA material into plastics and run three hours to discharge the impurity inside barrel.
